About the Centers
NEHD has operated regional Deaf Senior Centers for nearly 30 years and has served over 350 Deaf and Deafblind seniors throughout Massachusetts. These centers are a vital community component for Deaf and Deafblind seniors who because of a lack of communication access, are unable to utilize other area agencies on aging.
NEHD’s Worcester Senior Center is partially funded by federal financial support under the Older Americans Act provided by the Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs.
