About Respite Care Services
NEHD understands a caregiver’s need for time away. Whether you have vacation plans, business obligations or are in need of a rest period, we are here to help.
We offer a safe and comfortable short-stay respite program; whether it is a week, weekend or month you are looking for. You can relax and feel safe knowing your loved one is being cared for.
Our beautiful campus with water views, offers semi-private and private rooms with bathrooms, linens, daily housekeeping services and nutritious meals served in our dining rooms. These are just some of the amenities your loved one will have available to them. Video phones and computers are located throughout the facility so that you can keep in touch with your loved one. Living rooms are available for visiting and viewing TV as well as a cozy library for reading. Each day there is an offering of activities including van rides, bingo, exercise classes and socials.
